1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering on Thok Dropshipping ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Pakistan to use this Platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that all information provided is accurate.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • All orders placed through your account are your responsibility.
  • You must not use the Platform for illegal activities or fraudulent orders.
  • Accounts with return-to-origin (RTO) rates exceeding 60% may be suspended.

4. Orders & Fulfillment

Thok Dropshipping acts as a fulfillment intermediary. We source, pack, and ship products to your customers on your behalf. Delivery timelines are estimates (2-4 business days) and not guaranteed. We are not liable for courier delays or lost packages.

5. Pricing & Payments

Product cost prices are subject to change without notice. Profit margins displayed are estimates based on your set retail price. Payouts are processed within 24 hours of request via your selected payment method (EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer). Minimum payout amount is Rs 500.

6. Returns & RTO Policy

When a customer refuses delivery (RTO), courier return fees apply and are deducted from your wallet. You have 24 hours after RTO notification to reroute the package to a different address. Repeated RTOs from the same customer may trigger our fraud prevention system.

7. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, including logos, product images provided by Thok, and software, is owned by Thok Dropshipping. You may use product images for your listings while you are an active seller on the Platform.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or prolonged inactivity. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Lahore, Punjab.
