Refund Policy

1. Overview
Thok Dropshipping operates as a B2B fulfillment platform. Refunds are handled based on the nature of the issue — whether it's a product defect, delivery failure, or return-to-origin (RTO) event.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your customer receives a damaged or defective product, submit a claim within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Upon verification, we will either:
- Ship a replacement at no additional cost, or
- Issue a full refund of the product cost price to your wallet
3. Wrong Product Shipped
If we ship a different product than what was ordered, we take full responsibility. A replacement will be sent immediately, and the incorrect item can be returned at our expense.
4. Return-to-Origin (RTO) Orders
When a customer refuses delivery or the courier cannot deliver the package:
- The product is returned to our warehouse
- A courier return fee (currently Rs 150) is deducted from your wallet
- If premium packaging was selected, an additional Rs 25 packaging cost is deducted
- You have 24 hours to reroute the package to a new customer address
- The product cost is NOT refunded for RTO events — the product remains available in your inventory for reshipment
5. Delivery Delays
Estimated delivery times (2-4 business days) are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather events, or force majeure. No refunds are issued solely for delivery delays.
6. Wallet Refunds
Approved refunds are credited to your Thok wallet within 24-48 hours. You can withdraw wallet balance to your bank account, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash (minimum Rs 500).
7. Subscription Refunds
Gold and Platinum plan subscriptions are billed monthly. If you cancel mid-cycle, no partial refund is issued, but you retain access until the end of your billing period.
8. Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate the dispute within 7 days by contacting us via live chat with your order ID and supporting evidence.
