Shopify Integration Guide

A Shopify store (any plan)

An approved Pak Resellers account

Your unique API key from Pak Resellers Dashboard > Settings

Log in to your Shopify admin panel

Go to Settings > Apps > Develop apps

Click "Create an app"

Enter a name (e.g. "Pak Resellers Sync") and click "Create app"

In your newly created app, go to "Configuration" tab

Click "Admin API Integration"

Add the following scopes:

- write_orders

- read_orders

- read_products

- write_customers

Click "Save"

Go to the "API Credentials" tab

Click "Install app"

After installation, copy the "Admin API access token"

Keep this token secure - it gives access to your Shopify store

Go to Settings > Notifications > Webhooks

Click "Create webhook"

Event: Order creation

Format: JSON

URL: https://pakresellers.site/api/v1/integration/shopify-sync

Click "Save"

This webhook will send every new order to Pak Resellers automatically

Go to Pak Resellers Dashboard > Settings > Shopify Integration

Enter your Shopify store name

Click "Test Connection" to verify everything is working

Place a test order on your Shopify store to confirm sync

Customer places an order on your Shopify store

Shopify sends order data to Pak Resellers via webhook

Pak Resellers creates the order in your dashboard

Tracking code is generated and synced back

You can manage all orders from your Pak Resellers dashboard

Orders not appearing? Verify webhook URL is correct in Shopify settings

Invalid API key? Check your key in Dashboard > Settings

Check Shopify webhook logs: Settings > Notifications > Webhooks > view logs
